“The arts, especially painting or dancing, exemplify some of the most complex and nuanced motions humans can make. So if we want to create robots that can do the highly technical things that humans do, then creating robots that can dance or paint are great goals to shoot for.”
Tech Team Wins National Security Hackathon
Timothy West and Rahul Tauro-Padival bonded over their common interests and skillsets in high school. Now, as Tech students, they brought their talents and experience together to help the military defend against cybersecurity threats, earning them $10,000 to advance their concept.
Student Health Insurance Plan Sees Rate Changes
The Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) is available to enrolled undergraduate and graduate students and their eligible dependents who do not already have insurance. Fall Open Enrollment for 2022-23 opens July 25 and closes Sept. 26.
