For some students, spring break could mean heading back home or going on vacation. But Alternative Service Breaks provides an opportunity to help communities around the southeastern U.S. through volunteer trips, making great connections along the way.
NOAA Features Alumna’s Children’s Book
A recent Tech graduate was inspired by her daughter to co-write and illustrate a children’s science picture book for a class assignment — and now, that work has found a new home: the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.

His job sounds straightforward, but there’s more beneath the surface. One of his current projects is collaborating with the Registrar’s Office to switch the web access system (OSCAR) from Banner 8 to Banner 9, starting with student registration.

All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate in weekly testing for Covid-19. Testing sites provide fast and free asymptomatic testing.
Get Vaccinated
Covid-19 vaccines are available to all Georgia Tech students, faculty, and staff, as well as their family members ages 12 and older. Campus vaccine clinics take place on Tuesdays.
