Once again we are beginning a semester amid a Covid-19 spike. I realize that, for many, this continues to feel concerning and at times, overwhelming. Over the last few days, we have received many questions from members of our community about our plans for the spring semester and I write to share some perspective about what to expect.
Tech in Top 20 for Higher Education Research Spending
Georgia Tech has broken into the top 20 in higher education research and development spending for the first time in a decade. The ranking, based on an annual survey conducted by the National Science Foundation, reflects innovations in healthcare, computing, and sustainability research.

Campus Updates
Get Tested
All students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate in weekly testing for Covid-19. Testing sites have reopened for the semester and provide fast and free asymptomatic testing.
Get Vaccinated
Covid-19 vaccines are available to all Georgia Tech students, faculty, and staff, as well as their family members ages 12 and older. Campus vaccine clinics will resume next week.
