Professor Devesh Ranjan has been named the School’s new Eugene C. Gwaltney Jr. Chair. Ranjan has been a Georgia Tech faculty member since 2014 and begins his new role on Jan. 1, 2022.
Welding Comes to the Invention Studio
The Flowers Invention Studio, the largest student-run makerspace in the country, is a completely free space for students to make whatever their hearts desire. Though the possibilities are endless, the studio recently received a big upgrade.
International Education Week Begins Today
The joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education promotes programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad. Events related to international opportunities at Tech will take place throughout the week.
Get Vaccinated
Covid-19 vaccines are available to all Georgia Tech students, faculty, and staff, as well as their family members ages 12 and older. Third doses are available to those who qualify — learn more. Vaccine clinics will take place on campus every day this week.
