Georgia Tech Sets Sustainability Goals With UN SDGs
As part of its long-term sustainability initiative launched in Fall 2020, Georgia Tech has released a report detailing six recommended actions the Institute can take to promote, implement, and advance the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Technology Equipment Available for Loan
Introduced in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Georgia Tech community can request loaner laptops or hotspots to complete academic work or to fulfill employment duties. Laptops come with pre-installed software, and there is no maximum loan period.
Building an Ethics Curriculum With Iraqi Engineers
Justin Biddle and Jason Borenstein are accustomed to teaching the ethics frameworks that Georgia Tech’s science and engineering students need to make good decisions in their careers. Now they're teaching engineering professors in Iraq, still beset by years of conflict and economic hardship, how to create an ethics curriculum for their universities.
