New Transfer Program Offers Path to Tech for Atlanta Public School Students
Interest from APS students in a Tech education has risen dramatically over the last three years. Beginning this spring, any first-year applicant not admitted will have a guaranteed transfer offer via the newly launched APS Pathway Program.
Datathon Draws Fierce Competition from 20 Countries
Three hundred and forty-nine students took part in the recent Hacklytics event. Georgia Tech students won the overall grand prize for their creation “Voices of the Vaccine,” an interactive map visualization tool that displays Twitter users’ views of the Covid-19 vaccine.
