Opening Day at Bobby Dodd
Before Hurricane Irma swept through the Southeast and brought a tropical storm to metro Atlanta, the Yellow Jackets hosted their first home football game of the season against the Jacksonville State Gamecocks at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Tech defeated the Gamecocks 37-10. This weekend's away game against the University of Central Florida has been canceled due to Irma's impact on the state of Florida. Tech's next game will be against the University of Pittsburgh on Saturday, Sept. 23, at 12:20 p.m. at Bobby Dodd Stadium.
