Downing had served as EI2’s associate vice president since 2012 and as interim vice president since October 2015.
House Bill on Electroshock Weapons Takes Effect Today
A bill passed during the 2016 Georgia legislative session allows anyone who is 18 or older, or who is enrolled at a University System of Georgia institution, to use an electroshock weapon in self-defense on its campuses.
