The Association of University Research Parks has named Technology Square its “2014 Outstanding Research Park Award” winner.
Since opening 10 years ago, Tech Square has become one of the premier research and innovation centers in the country.
“We first saw it as an expansion of the campus, and certainly a connection to the greater community and to the business community,” said Chris Downing, associate vice president of the Enterprise Innovation Institute. “It’s turned from that mixed-use activity to something much broader and a nexus for innovation in the Atlanta area.”
